Your website already
has the answers.
Retrieve AI
gives them out.

Retrieve reads your service pages, pricing and FAQs, then answers visitor questions in your voice — grounded in your own pages, with a link to the one it used. When it can’t answer, it hands them your phone number instead of a dead end.

Do you do same-day water heater replacement?
We do — same-day swaps on standard 40 and 50-gallon tanks when we have the unit on the truck. Install on a like-for-like 50-gallon gas tank runs $1,250 including haul-away.

How it answers

It searches your site before it says a word.

Retrieve doesn’t answer from what a model happens to know about plumbing. Every turn starts with a search of your indexed pages — so it can tell a visitor what you charge, not what the internet averages.

Atlas indexes your pages

Point it at your site and it crawls the sitemap on a schedule. Service pages, pricing, blog, FAQ — whatever’s public.

Sitemapllms.txtEntire site

Grounded answers, with the receipt

It opens the actual page before answering — not a keyword snippet — so it can quote your real numbers: the $89 diagnostic, the 15% member discount, the three-inch spec buried in a spec sheet. Every answer links the page it used, so you can check it in one click.

A real handoff instead of a dead end

There’s no “escalate” button to ignore. When Retrieve can’t answer from your pages, it works your contact into the reply itself — the dispatch line, the office email, your booking page — and picks the one that fits the question. You set the contacts and the tone.

The questions you can’t answer

Every question that stumped it, grouped and counted. That list is your content to-do — write the page, re-crawl, done.

Content gaps
Accuracy

Know why it answered — before a customer sees it.

Ask your own widget anything and Retrieve tells you plainly what happened underneath. Three failures look identical from the answer alone, and each needs a completely different fix.

Answered from your site

It found the page, opened it, and answered from what’s on it.

Nothing to do.

Found pages, didn’t use them

The topic is on your site, but the page doesn’t say it plainly enough to match.

Fix: word it the way a customer would ask.

Nothing covers this

It isn’t on your site at all, so visitors asking it won’t get an answer.

Fix: write the page, then re-crawl.

One snippet, no developer
Measured, not estimated: 52 questions drawn from a live contractor site, each with a verbatim supporting quote, asked against the running product and graded claim-by-claim by an adversarial judge. It never invented a fact and never stated a wrong number. The gap to 100% is recall — questions where the answer is on the site but phrased differently enough that search missed it.
Presentation

Two ways to put it on the page.

Pick it in the dashboard — no code change, no re-paste.

Inline card

A chat card sits in the flow of the page, wherever you drop the div. Good on a service or pricing page where the question is already on their mind.

Search bar

A compact bar that opens a full-page answer modal over the site. Good in a header or hero, where it reads as “search our site” and answers instead.

Getting started

Live in three steps.

1

Add your site

Give Retrieve your URL. Atlas finds the sitemap and indexes your pages — no uploads, no copy-pasting content.

2

Set voice and contacts

Write a line or two on how it should sound, add the numbers and emails it can hand out, then test it on the Try it screen.

3

Paste one snippet

Drop it into Webflow, WordPress, Wix or a custom site and it’s answering that afternoon.

Install

No developer? No problem.

If you can paste a tracking pixel, you can add Retrieve. Drop the div where you want it to appear, and the script anywhere.

Add to your siteCopy & paste
<!-- Where the widget appears -->
<div data-rey-quickhelp="rudd-plumbing"
     data-api="https://retrieve.app"></div>

<script src="https://retrieve.app/widget/quickhelp.js"
        defer></script>
Drop the div where you want it. The script can go anywhere.
Looks like your shop

Set your colours, corner radius and fonts so it reads as part of your site, not a bolted-on bot.

Point one widget at part of your site

Running a separate billing or docs section? Scope an embed to just those pages and it’ll only answer from them.

Test before you go live

The Try it screen runs the real widget against the real endpoint while it’s still switched off to the public.

Anonymous by design, read-only by construction

Visitors never sign in and are never identified. IP addresses are hashed with a salt unique to your account, and even your own dashboard only ever sees a six-character fingerprint — enough to notice someone asked twice, not enough to identify them. Retrieve reads your public pages and nothing else: it has no access to customer records, and it cannot create, change or delete anything.

  • Hashed IPs
  • No PII stored
  • Read-only
  • Referer host only, never the path

Stop losing the question you already answered.

Retrieve AI is free while we’re in early access, with a small group of contractors and docs teams. Tell us your site and we’ll index it.
